Symbol List¶
For many programming and markup languages, Textastic can show a list of “symbols”. Depending on the file type, these can be for example class and function names, headings, CSS selectors or HTML id attributes.
Tap the Symbols button to show the list of symbols.
This is how it looks for an Objective-C file:
Tap on any symbol to scroll to and highlight the place where the symbol is defined.

If you have a hardware keyboard connected, you can use the cursor keys to navigate in the symbol list.
